Who We Are?
At Strategic Discourse, we have a new way of engaging with our clients. We develop bespoke strategic solutions by working in true partnership with our clients, always putting their end service user at the centre of our models. This client-centric approach ensures your organisational mission, vision and values are always delivered.
Our unique costing model enables us to offer unmatched prices. The work we do is always allied to our core principle of offering a high-quality service while simultaneously protecting precious frontline public sector resources. Our founder (and managing director) set up the business specifically to protect frontline resources and to ensure the best delivery outcomes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the “Excellence in Healthcare” event that took place on the 29th and 30th November 2017 at the Wokefield Estate, Berkshire. The two days were filled with great strategic conversation and we were able to engage with new people and grow these relationships. The atmosphere was buoyant and the delegates especially played a pivotal role in this. It was really important for us to understand their challenges and issues and we were able to have some great discussions to this accord. On previous occasions, the events have proved to be very successful and this was no different. We very much enjoyed seeing the friendly faces that we had met in the past.
We entered this event with anticipation as it never fails to create the optimum environment for strategic conversation (and a true strategic discourse). The excellent guest speakers on the agenda were a pleasure to listen to. Speakers such as Adrian Byrne and Dawn Baxendale imparted insightful knowledge around the area of Digital Health and Sustainability and Transformation Plans (or as Dawn referred to it “Sticky Toffee Pudding”).
With increased focus on GDPR and Sustainability & Transformation Partnerships (STPs), the event provided great insight into how these forward-thinking organisations are combating their current micro and macro challenges. A lot has been made of the struggles that the NHS has faced in recent times and we are well aware that the battle between supply and demand will continue to grow in the future.
Despite this, we look to the future with optimism as we know we can play a pivotal role in helping organisations to increase efficiency, meet impending legal requirements and guide them on the path to a successful and prosperous future.
